Have you spoken to anyone at the bridal shop where you bought your dress?  Perhaps they could schedule a rush alteration for you.

The bridal shop is the best place to throw this question. If you can push for it early, that would be better.

@violetandlotus:  My seamstress has managed to almost finish my dress in less than a month. It can be done, you just need to find a seamstress who can accomodate you

I would start asking around for recommendation for seamstress now to see what their time lines are, do you know what type of alterations you will need, like do you desire changing the neckline, or just a basic fitting no real structure change

this will determine how long it will take to have your alterations

I would just ask around, without requesting a rush alterations, because often times people can accomodate your needs, when your RUSH they tend to charge you more even when their time would be the same for a regular alteration schedule

Start with your bridal shop. Mine was done in a month by my bridal shop and that wasn’t rushed in their books.
