So I have been super stressed out and have gained weight (probably 6 or 7 pounds) I tried to get in my dress but it wouldn’t zip up! I only have a week or two before I have to get it fitted. So now I am going to have to crash diet and exercise. I look fat in my dress and I regret picking it. I am so sad and upset and I don’t even want anyone to see me on my wedding day now :'(

Don’t be upset! You WILL fit into your dress for the wedding, and no crash dieting! Just cut the junk food and start excercising. Worst case scenario, your seamstress will have to let it out a smidge – 6 or 7 pounds is no big deal, they can definitely fix that. It will be okay, you’ll look great the day of!

Try having half or one lemon juice squeezed into some warm water first thing in the morning, every day!!
It sounds silly but it helps lose weight!!

NO crash dieting! Just exercise, drink a lot of water, and stay away from foods that will bloat you up. You will be able to fit in the dress. Get some spanx, too, just in case. You will be fine!! 🙂

@AirForceFiance: BREATHE…… You are going to be a BEAUTIFUL BRIDE on your wedding day. Crash diets are not always the best so just try changing your food portions and what you eat.

I suggest skipping all sugar drinks (coffee too! Unless it’s black) and instead drink sugarless hot green because that’ll help boost your metabolism. LOTS of water too, of course. Green tea is just a replacement for coffee, soda, etc. Also if you drink a cup of plain black coffee before running on a treadmill or doing other cadio it’ll help get your heart rate up, and the more your heart rate increases the more calories you burn. Another helpful thing would be to start taking Omega 3 fish oil. If you take at least three a day after each meal it’ll help break down estrogen fats that are really hard to get rid of (think lower tummer pooch, love handles, etc), plus it’ll help your hair, skin, and nails on top of that. Raw veggies are your best friend (especially broccoli!), salmon, turkey, tuna, chicken breast, I’d stay away from fruit for the time being, unless they’re berries such as blueberries. Avacodo is a great diet food. Hope that helps a bit! The most important thing is to drink tons of water and excercise. The other tips are just added help. 🙂

Don’t crash diet. That’s stupid. You have plenty of time to lose pounds and inches. Drink only water. Seriously cut out juice, soda, any other sugary drinks. Walking is free. 30 Day Shred by Jilian Michaels will kick your ass, but you will lose inches.

@AirForceFiance: you have tons of time, stat replacing a meal a day with a fresh and low fat salad and do some exercise and 6-7 lbs will come off a month before your wedding =D You will look great, just keep your eyes on the prize and relax.
