honestly, the first dress is too down comforteresque....number 2 looks amazing on you!
I think the first gown is overwhelming. The second one looks amazing on your body!
The second picture looks amazing on you. I think it flatters your body! It shows curves without looking too curvy. I vote for the 2nd one!!!
I'm not really liking the first at all. I don't think it flatters you and I don't think it flatters itself either...
The 2nd though.... wow... it makes you look Amazing! I think I'd take the 2nd over all 3
There is a lot going on with that first dress but the second one looks gorgeous on you. The third one would probably look great as well but I love the detail on the second.
i like the first one, but honestly it depends on what you feel like a bride in...
I also love the second one on you, and I think the third one would look great on you too. The first one seems a little busy in all the wrong places; at least for me. You should go with what you want. Some girls don't feel the "OMG, this is the dress!" I knew the gown that I picked out was "the one" but I didn't cry or anything when I picked it out. I only cried when I got home and was looking at it by myself. I think it was because I didn't really have anyone to go with me. My mom passes away 12 years ago, and I was missing that, but I do know that the dress I got is "the one". I do love it. I know you will find "the one" for you too. Just go with what you feel is best for you. It is your day, and I am sure that once it is all put together on your day that your FMIL will love it too.
I really like the second - it looks great on you!! I think the first is just too much...
Ok soon2b - DEFINATELY the 2nd gown.. the first one is not working at all... i don't understand all the poofiness at the bottom. It looks...off or something..
I like the 2nd dress!! Honestly, I think you have a lot of time left so don't rush it if you haven't found the one yet, I'm sure there's a dress out there that you'll fall in love with and well as your FMIL (if thats importatnt to you)!
I agree with many of the previous posters. I don't like #1 very well...it's got too much going on. I also agree that you need to pick something YOU feel beautiful on, and don't worry about what your FMIL or anyone else says (including us). Confidence in your gown makes a huge difference. If YOU love how you look in it, it will show and you will look gorgeous!!!
Btw, I also felt the same way you did, about running out of time and not having found the dress yet. I probably tried on a good 70-100 dresses, no joke! (I'm getting married July 2010 too). I liked so many dresses but none of them felt like "the one." What I eventually decided to do was to order my dress custom made by Milly Bridal, putting together all the best parts of the dresses I liked. Check out this thread if you're interested...and good luck!

I like #2 better than #1. I would love to see you in the Sottero gown. I bet it looks amazing
I vote for the 2nd, but I do think you should try on the 3rd. I think you'll rock it!
I seem to be with everyone else, like #2, would really like to see #3 on you b/c it might be my fave. I am not a fan of the first dress, but just my opinion.
I really really really don't like the first dress. The second one is amazing though.
I also like the second dress much better than the first. You look amazing in #2.
When I was trying on dresses I narrowed it down to about 2-3 that I really liked. The only thing I knew for sure is I wanted a Maggie Sottero dress because I look so skinny haha. Honestly, none of them felt like they're the one when I was trying them on though. Maybe because it was just too much to take in at once. I took pictures of me in the ones I liked and didn't look at them at again until a few weeks later. When I was able to calm down a bit, I looked and by then I had a clear favorite and so I went back to try again before I finally purchased it.
I think it's most important to pick the one you really like & what makes you feel pretty.
#2! But keep on shopping if you don't think its the one.
In my humble opnion, (ha!) I think the Bastia looks way better. I think it's more flattering. Even if I gave the first one a chance because it's clearly crumpled, it doesn't look very fun to sit or dance in.
Then again, if you like the 1st one after all the opinions, then that was the one that was meant to be.
I think the 2nd one looks really nice on you. I am having dress issues also. There are lots of dresses that are gorgeous on me, but they just don't feel like "It". You have a little bit more time, so explore your options and make sur ethat you make the perfect decision...you don't want to regret it later.
Honestly, I'm not much of a fan of the first one, it's too much. The second is lovely though. :)
P.s: The Maggie dress is beautiful also, you couldn't go wrong with that or the second one.
I really like the second dress, but if's not the one, then it's not the one. You still have a LITTLE bit more time, have you completely exhausted the possiblities in your area? How do YOU feel about the MS gown your FMIL really likes? At the end of the day it's your happiness that matters most, don't forget that. GL - you WILL find THE one.

Time is running out for me! I still haven't found my dress and I'm getting married in July 2010. I went on Saturday with one of my bridesmaids, brother, and uncle (my mother passed away when I was 19). I tried on the Enzoani Bastia gown(pictures a bit barely as it was taken with my cell camera) and felt that it was flattering to my figure, but just not the one. I left the store with the idea that one fo these were it. I get home to show my FMIL and she isn't thrilled about the gown
. I have a wonderful relationship with her, but she's stuck on one gown that I tried on Maggie Sottero's Hunter ( don't have a picture of me in gown). I have no idea what to do. I think I've tried on over 40+ dresses and still don't feel like any of these are it. Please help! What have your dress shopping experiences been like?
