@Ibblet:  ugg. I’m so sorry. First, are you on the pill? If so, it could be the stress of getting engaged combined with the hormones. Second, call your doctor. It is worth the peace of mind for them to say it is nothing or tell you what is causing it.

I really don’t think there’s a way to make it start.

Maybe if you apply some warmth on your belly then the cramping would go away… Else, go to a doctor – everything over a week late is worth an appointment!

@Ibblet:  I would schedule a doctor’s appt for blood test to be sure.  They might also be able to give you some ideas on how to make things happen if you’re not pregnant.

@Ibblet:  i had this a few months ago, i was suddenly 12 says late with all negative pregnancy tests. i had cramping, mood swings etc

occasionally the tests can give a false negative, but im assuming thats not the case.

parsley tea can bring on an overdue period (and there is option of parsley suppository). i think large doses of vitamin c possibly too. but google the parsley anyway!

this is a TMI suggestion perhaps. but if you er…turn to the self loving. or have sex with SO – then orgasm contractions can bring down the blood.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this! One suggestion to cut down on the testing cost is to get tests at the dollar store. It sounds shady, but I’ve read multiple places that they are just as effective as the expensive ones. Good luck!

@Ibblet:  Yay! I was going to make that suggestion, but others already had! It works for me too. Hope you feel better soon!
