I am totally confused about what kind of veil I should wear with my wedding dress, this is the dress I got it has a veil like thing in the back & it is really what drawn me to the dress I know I want to wea a veil bout what kind… Also my sash will be switched of for one I created myself. Here are pix of everything… Opinions anyone?

@smile_monalesa: i think a tulle veil would go nice. Whether is waist length or cathedral..you can do either. I love a cathdral veil bc it adds a little drama to the look and is so pretty in pictures

I think a cathedral length veil would be best with that watteau veil style (the tulle coming out the back of the dress). Anything shorter will be awkward, I think.

I agree with @peonyinparis: @Paguilar84: – a cathedral length veil is the way to go, anything shorter would look awkward. I also think simple cut-edge would be best, so that it matches in with the train of the dress, rather than clashing with it.

@smile_monalesa: Unless you have lace in something else (like a belt, or headpiece) I don’t think lace edging work mesh with the overall look. I could be wrng, but I can’t imagine it looking nice.
