I’m a year before you, but it’s awesome that you got your dress that cheap! You should post pictures :).

I bought mine with a year and a half to go. If you’re not a mind changer no worries.

I sort of have a dress. I used to work at a bridal shop and there was a dress I really liked. Well, the shop closed, and my boss bought the dress for me. When it came in (after the store closed) I didn’t like it as much as I thought. I’m now trying to sell it so I can get a dress I love.

Congrats on the dress purchase! It’s so exciting! Our time will be here soon!

@ILuvDance17: Date Twin!!!

@missapis: I got my dress too! I found one I loved online but was worried it was too early. I went and tried on that silhouette at a store (no store had this dress because it is too new). The dress was double my budget, and I found it online as a sample from a store selling all of their Maggie Sottero samples. It’s brand new, in my budget, and I love it! I am so happy I decided to bite the bullet and buy the dress!

@missapis:

yayyy 9/29/2012!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚ can’t wait

I started shopping 2 weeks ago. I really wanted to wait a few more months but my mom convinced me to go and now I can’t stop. Siiigh. I’m having a hard time deciding between details on similiar dresses. But congrats on yours! What a deal you got!

I’m terrified that I won’t be able to decide which is “the one” and when I do, I’ll have over a year to regret it! ahhhhh

@KrisBud Same thing happened to me! I put it on and knew it was the one. I figured I’d compare each dress to “the one” and none would measure up. Even after cruising around on these boards and seeing other bride’s beautiful dresses and watching various wedding shows (Say Yes to the Dress!) I’m still quite glad I bought mine. One less thing to worry about during the heavy wedding planning times ๐Ÿ™‚
