I bought one on ebay. It shipped from japan and I had it in my hands in about 7 days. Had no problems and I love it!
Hmmm maybe you could send them a nice email asking if it's still going to be shipped? A week is a long time without hearing ANYTHING.
I did yesterday and I haven't heard back. Oh man... I hope it's not what I think...

Hi there - any updates on the Gocco? I hope it all worked out. I've had good luck with the etsy sellers I have worked with for my supplies in Japan if you need a future reference. Feel free to PM me. Also, if you paid with PayPal, you should be protected if your merchandise does not arrive. As a last ditch effort, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company if you paid that way. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
I LOVE their printing! I really wanted to get one last christmas, but since they were discontinued, its really hard to find the ink :(

...on Esty, but I was wondering if anyone else had purchased theirs this way? My money has been received by the seller, but I have not heard back regarding when it will be shipped. It's been a week since I made the purchase, and they are located in Japan. How long do I wait before I should find out whether or not I'm getting it? Has anyone else had problems with Etsy sellers? The seller had good ratings, and nice remarks about how fast the shipping is. If you have thoughts I'd love to hear them, thanks!!
