Ok so after 5 long months of going back and fourth with Jared I finally am able to say “bye-bye”! I recieved my e-ring setting from them (because they would not give me a refund only a store credit) and mismatched wedding band and we are SO very excited!!! I decided not to purchase the warranty they offer and chose to go with jewlers mutual thanks to advice from fellow bees!! I also am now working with a local, family owned jewlery store whom set my diamond and will be taking care of us from here on out!!!!
A huge weight is lifted off of our shoulders and we are so excited that after all of the phone calls to customer service , going back and fourth reguarding Jared’s “polices”, we have found a new place of business to go to and we are thrilled with the outcome of this what seemed to be a neverending nightmare!!
