I share your pain and i feel like time is passing by fast so I need to do something. I may just go to Moo.com and make posts cards (maybe) lol.
We did ours at Magnet Street. The thing we liked about the company was that you can pretty much change ANYTHING on the S-T-D (color, font, etc) so you can make them into what you are envisioning. We even got our invitations there.
But if you aren't impressed by anything you are seeing just look around on the web. There are thousands of sites that do save the dates. Good Luck

We used http://www.fourcolormagnets.com/wedding-magnets.php. They had a variety of options or you could design your own (which is what we did). They turned out really nice and were good quality.

@nurselindsey: What colors are you wanting to do? I'm bored out of my mind so if you post one you like and maybe have colors of ideas we could come up with some ideas!
@OttawaBride - Lol me too! The part of me that still reads "STDs" the other way was so cracking up when I saw this! I had the funniest image pop in my head lol!
@kansas - They are ice blue, royal blue and ivory. It sounds ugly, but I've seen a few combinations of those I really like. I'd REALLY appreciate the assistance though :)

Ok so this is me being a loser and not having a life so it's not perfect and I really have no idea what style you're going for so if there's a style you like other than this let me know :)
I LOVE the first two! I couldn't get them to look that pretty lol. Do you really think the color combination looks alright? I was originally doing white, but when I changed wedding dresses to an ivory dress, I'm having to change everything else. I don't want to part with the blues though!
I'm glad you like the first two--they're totally my style LOL! :P I threw the other one in for good measure ;) And yes! I love those colors! I really love them, if it weren't for my love of pink I wouldn't even think twice about the blue combination. If you want I can personal message you the things I changed and the link to the two :) Can you tell how lame-o my life is?! :P
@kansas - I love pink too haha. I wanted to do red when we first got engaged, but the venue we selected for our reception hangs blue/white lights from the ceiling in the winter, so red wouldn't have looked too great. But I do love the blue :) And yeah, that'd be awesome! & Don't feel bad, I have no life either. I'm at home procrastinating on studying for a test!
@nurselindsey: Our venue has gold everywhere (there went my idea of pewter and julep cups) so I had to switch from silver to gold, so I understand! :) We're doing mainly red with ivory and pink accents. There was actually a navy wedding at my venue that was soooo beautiful.
@kansas - I love navy too, but I've been obsessed with sapphire blue lately too, so I'm torn between those colors! But I think your red and pink and ivory will be so pretty!
I hope it doesn't look too red & green christmas-ey, we'll see :) I sent a PM with the info on the colors and the link to the styles :D

Just as another idea if you like the STD that spaganya posted. I think it would look beautiful with your colors if you did an ivory background and then made the green and light brown swirls ice blue and royal blue instead!
I also like the ones KansasPrincess11 put together too though.

I really would like to do STD magnets, but I'm having a really hard time finding one that I like. I've been looking at MagnetStreet, and they're nice, I just can't find one that pops out at me! Any other suggestions on where to look?
