I’m not sure about the file name issue, but as far as the loading, it is likely that the files are too big. Print quality images are GIGANTIC, and most sites like this have limits to what they will allow. Before you resize, just double check that you are allowed to do so with the images. There should be a statement in your contract saying whether or not you can upload online and edit images yourself. Although most photographers do release the images for use however the client pleases, not all do. If you are allowed to print on your own, you are most likely able to do whatever you want as well, but just be sure. The best way to resize is to use Adobe Bridge or Lightroom, both of which cost money. I honestly don’t know where else you can resize images beside those two because I always use them in my work. Hope you can work it out and looking forward to seeing your pictures!

You can use TinyPic or Photobucket to resize, but honestly I just copied and pasted. It’s MUCH easier! 🙂

You can resize here: http://www.picresize.com/

As for the “an image with this name already exists”, when you upload a picture from computer, the FILE NAME space gets filled automatically with the “image” name.

You have to change this to “imageasdasjda” or whatever, so it doesn’t have the same name. It will not be filled with the name you have for it in your PC.

I upload to photobucket and paste the URL in the image imbed window.
