My Personal Trainer went on vacation a week and a half ago, and ever since I have felt no accountability about what I’m eating! Crazy right? At first, it was just a slice of pie, or a not so healthy lunch…but on Saturday I hosted my nieces birthday party and everything went downhill. Now I’ve got all these party-food leftovers and nothing but crazy cravings for carbs and sugar! I tried to eat some salad, but it felt so unsatisfying, and suddenly fruit seems so unappealing! I’m pretty sure I’m making myself ill with this terrible switch in diet too, I’ve had headaches and bloating.
What can I do to get back on track and get over all these munchies??

Cold turkey girlfriend! That’s the ONLY way I can curb the cravings. For me it’s all about out of site out of mind. Are you still working out while your trainer is away? I definitely eat better when I’m exercising

Get rid of those leftovers!! They will taunt you into gobbling them up until they’re gone!!

so i read an article that really made sense when you think bout it. you can do 3 things (im sure there’s more) to curve a craving.
1) wait 15 mins. usually it will pass
2) do something such as paint your nails, clean, etc
or my fav
3) have sex
The thing is that having sex gives you a little (or a lot) of exercise. Also with all the hormone changes that go on in your body during, it usually clears it right up. It works for me =)
