So pretty on you! And thanks for modeling it with different sashes. I fell in love with the blush dress, too πŸ™‚ Did you go to try it for fun, or are you contemplating a 2nd dress now?

OMG!!! SO lovely! I’ve been dying to see these on someone other than that like 12-year-old model in the ads. lol. You look great!! That blush dress is fantastic! If I didn’t already have my dress, I would go get that right now. I love it with the crystal sash. Sooo fancy!

@Running Elley: Oh, girlfriend – we are in trouble! I can see it on your face πŸ™‚ And I saw your dress on the “real girls” post, so different from the blush Vera. The fact that it’s affordable for a flowy organza blush gown makes the decision harder, imo. Are you considering two dresses or making a full switch to blush?

@Running Elley: The Vera White looks like it fits you perfectly, is there enough time for you to order and alter before June? Also, is the dress stress worth it less than 4 months away from your big day? Last question, would blush pink fit with all the decisions you’ve already made about theme, bridal party colors, flowers, etc? Just playing a bit of devil’s advocate…

Wow – perfection. So amazing, it would be an EASY switch! The girls could even wear a blush sash. I’m really excited for you! That sample has only been on the floor for 1 week, and @ my DB they said no one had tried it on before me. Were you swishing around and swooning over yourself in the blush?

Hope I’m not asking too many questions, I’ve gone through this thought process all week with a lot of input from my mom…maybe I could help accelerate your decision πŸ™‚

I can see why this would be hard for you.  I looked in the thread where you posted your wedding dress and it is beautiful and looks great on you, but the Vera is stunning and looks great on you too. I think you really just need to think about how you want to look and feel on your wedding day, and which dress will give you what you are looking for.  Your bridesmaid dresses will look great with either dress, since the style is classic and the draping really echos the Vera.

@Running Elley:

FI’s opinion is important here, it’s good you found out how he feels about a non-traditional choice. You’d wear the reception dress longer, imagine the surprise reveal πŸ™‚ One more piece of advice my mom gave me: she said that if I was truly a traditional bride to the core, I wouldn’t even consider a pink dress for my wedding. Good luck on your journey, I hope you pick what makes you happy on your big day, especially if you have room in the budget πŸ™‚
