I'm totally planning on doing it. At the end of the day, doesn't every woman deserve a photo of herself looking HOT?! The FI might be the first beneficiary, but I know I'll be happy when I'm pregnant, starting to really worry about aging, an old lady, etc.
Yay! I loved my boudoirs! I've happily shared them via private emails if somebody wants to PM me.
seriously, they are the best gift ever! My FI was insanely psyched about them. Plus it made ME feel good to know I lookd good in them! woot =]
I'm so glad to hear you had a good experience! I think a good photograph can make you feel really good about yourself and of course your fella likes it! I did some b-pics and ended up sharing them as a Valentine's gift. I think they typically turn out better than we expect.
You can still post them. Most keyboards have a button labeled "Print Screen" or "Prnt Scrn". Push it and open a new file in the program called Paint. Hit Control V and it should show a screen shot of your screen. Save that file to your computer as a .jpg document and then post it here with the new document ("Upload Files from your Computer")
Some photographers may give you web size jpegs with their logo on them for use on blogs or face book you should ask.
Robin -- I keep seeing your posts and I am so bummed that I have moved from DC to CA because I love your work! I love that you keep your photos feminine but sexy, it's actually encouraged me to consider getting boudoir photos taken.
I did boudoir for my hubby and gave them to him the night before the wedding. We've been married for almost 9 months now and he still raves about how the boudoir pics are the best present he's ever been given! I am so glad I did it -- we are thinking of starting a family and my body is never going to look like that again! I used Caroline Tran in California -- she was amazing!
I'm considering it, but the wedding is 3 weeks away and we're quite broke because of it... lol However, the FI will be gone this week for a funeral and, as awful as it seems, it would be a great time to try to sneak something like that in... I do have a tripod and a remote shutter release though... Lots of its and buts about it though, but I love the sensual photos though and I think it would even make ME feel better about how I look before my wedding day!
Hi Robin, I am looking for a boudoir photographer in southern NY or Northern NJ. I would love any suggestions you have. I love your work, so I really trust your opinion! Too bad I won't be in Maryland :(
I did a boudoir shoot when I was 18 for my fiance. We did the long distance thing for 4 years, as he went to university in Texas, so I thought it would be a nice reminder for him while he was away! (5 years later were still together so they must have worked!) ;)
I'm interested in these too, it would be so unlike me, so it would really throw the FI for the loop!
I cannot WAIT until the day that I give my FI my boudoir photos. They haven't been taken yet...we are actually about a year and a half away from our wedding. I think I'll be talking them next summer. It is so unlike me, and I think he's totally going to love it. Plus I really like the idea also of having hot hot hot pictures of me around for the day when I'm too old for this shit! :)
I just had my photo shoot last week, and I got sneak peaks of my photos. I'm jumping out of my skin with excitement to give them to FI!!!! It was an awesome experience!!!! I absolutely plan on doing it again, for an anniversary present!!!
I did some for Kingy for his birthday before, a friend of mine took them for me and I think I loved them as much as he did! I'm doing a pinup shoot for his wedding gift and I'm SOOO excited!

I finally took my pictures and they were very classy but sexy if I knew how to post them I would show you gals a couple. The photographer has it where you can't copy them. I think every women should do Boudoir pictures!
