Congrats!

I am a bit of a gym rat. Nothing compares with being able to go to the gym for an hour for me! So I totally get it!

@Daizy914:  You will love it and it does become addictive! I go the the gym a few days a week and it is a great stress reliever and it feels good to go after sitting at a desk all day!

@Daizy914:  that’s great! Now you just have to go, lol. This is dorky but I have a wall calendar, and when I work out I put a little sticker on the day. It’s really motivating for whatever reason! Not to mention my insurance company will pay me 200$ If I go 50 times in 6 months. That’s a lot but I’m going for it! And my stupid stickers help 🙂

@Daizy914:  congrats! ! I just joined one too and started going about a month or so ago.  Home workouts just did not motivate me so packing a gym bag,  setting a date and going has really helped and I can tell a difference in my mood and anticipation level!

@Boxerlover24:  yes I was psyched! Its just an obama care plan too, they dont really advertise the gym reimbursement  but you should look into your fine print and see if yours does! Im going to spend it on a nice pair of 100% denim jeans in my new size.

Designer jeans will hopefully be enough  motivation to stay at that weight! lol

@MrsBuesleBee:  That sounds like a great reward!! I will check my insurance but I am pretty sure they don’t 🙁

We have a weird health care reward plan where if you do the health assesment, go see any doc for a check up, read some articles on health ect  ( you get points for each thing you accomplish). If you get enough points you get your healthcare costs reimbursed for 3 months ( I actually think it comes out to 300 if your single/no dependants ). I would rather just get that money by going to the gym instead of reading a bunch of articles!

@Daizy914:  That sounds like a great plan!! And your side job sounds fun!!  🙂
