So, this might not seem like a big step or anything, but over the past I’d say 3 or so years, I’ve really let myself go, I’ve gained a TON of weight, and only being 5ft, it looks horrible on me.
I’ve had enough, I’m out of shape, uncomfortable in my own skin and just not happy. I hate to say it but the way I look is hidering me, I feel good in nothing, I’m not confident, I feel like it’s affecting my relationship (though the logical side of me knows it isn’t.)
SO I joined weight watchers! I’m doing the onlien version for now, but hey, it’s a step in the right direction, right?

Congratulations!! You will love it! I lost 20 pounds! it took work but I felt like it taught me how to eat. After college I gained weight and never learned to eat properly. This was a great solution! Then I got pregnant. I plan on going back when I can diet again. Good luck!

Pairmypear84: Thanks! Today was my first day tracking my points and I think I did fairly well! I’m excited to see how this turns out, hopefully it can help me lose the weight!

Awesome! My mom and I big started mid June.. I’ve lost 14 and she had lost 32! It is a great program!

Congratulations! I have been doing it for about 6 weeks and have lost ~10 lbs on the online program! I know it will take me a long time to get to my goal, but I like feeling more in control of my life. You will be so proud of yourself!
