so cute !! thanks for sharing, i'm going to check it out on your blog!
"I DO" think those are super cute! (Couldn't resist!) :o)
How do you plan on using them? I've glittered up an "M and "K" (our first initials) to place one at the center of each of two wreaths that'll be carried by the littlest members of our bridal party. I haven't yet figured out how to attach them, though. They're cut and pressed from galvanized aluminum, so the backs aren't flat,
I'm doing the "I Do" for the cake table. I'm going to stain the letters a dark brown, and laying them in front of the cake, like they are going around it. Then I'm going to sprinkle little fall leaves around it. I think it would be pretty. The table clothe is a creamy-tan, and the table skirt is a chocolate brown.
Beautiful by the way. I love them! So Girly! :D:D:D
I am going to put them on the cake table for some extra sparkle with some random votives and blue/green hydrangea petals.
Here is another use for "letters" - we did our monogram instead of "I Do" - but you get the idea. I got the letters SUPER cheap at Hobby Lobby!
Aww! And those are so great! You can use those after the wedding in your home! I was going to do some monogram ones later when I decide what color I want them. I'm stuck between cherry wood stain and putting a pewter finish... or in a red since that is a prominent color in our living room color scheme.
Those are so cute! I actually made some by using the rub on transfers used for scrapbooking. We're going for a rustic look, so I didn't stain the wooden letters before I rubbed them on. You'll really have to rub like you've never rubbed before, but they're really sturdy!
Hehe @ "You really have to rub like you've never rubbed before"
They're so cute and easy!
I love you guys letters!!! I love the gold letters to those look great. I just made mine last night, but I used a spray adhesive, so it wasn't as messy and still looked great, I am going to coat mine with a spray gloss to make the glitter really pop and to coat it on as well.
Good looking out! Thanks for the tip on the letters! Guess I'm heading to Michaels! (I needed the excuse heehee)
Those are awesome! I am doing those definetly for our new house..once it gets built! Need ideas and I absolutely love that look for the mantle! Good job ladies!

Hey ladies! ( And gents if you're out there.. :o) !!)
I just made a tutorial on my blog about some super cheap (<$4) I do letters! By the way, did I mention it only took like 10 minutes?
I wasn't even going to have I DO letters, but when I found the wooden letters at Michael's for so cheap I thought it would be silly to pass up on such a cute detail!
Here's the pic, but visit here if you're interested in the tutorial and details!
Another idea would be MR and MRS letters... or if you glue a base or pick of sorts to the bottom of the letters, these can also be used for cake toppers. Yay for fool proof super cute and easy DIY goodness!
