I just saw this on one of the news channels. Its called http://www.IdonowIdont.com and sells engagement rings, necklaces, wedding dresses etc.
I guess the business was all started by a broken engagement, but the prices are awesome for what people are selling and a gemologist has to sign off on the ring before its actually sold.
So if you are in the market still for a beautiful ring…..

it is sad, but think of it this way… those rings were bought at happy times, and they’re like sweet little puppies from broken homes. It isn’t their fault, they aren’t ‘cursed’, they didn’t cause it, and they deserve love too! And if you can get a real diamond at a steal, and help a broken heart gain closure, why not?

Puppies! 🙂 That’s perfect! I think that’s a great way to look at it, starsparrow!

It seems like a good idea, and a great way to save money. By only setback is that the ring would just "seem" sad, and that it comes with bad luck.

I let our best man know about this site awhile ago. They have some very nice things not al from broken engagements. Some are from people attempting to upgrade . and how would it be any different form getting a vintage ring? you never know the history with those.
