The top part is nice, but I don’t like the bottom. It kind of looks like 2 dresses stuck together. Maybe it needs to be fuller and rufflier Or something.

@wacky:

I think you look gorgeous. I especially like the belt and beautiful sweetheart neckline.

What is it in particular that you are questioning? Did you try on many other dresses? I think most brides have a moment where they second guess their dress, if that makes you feel any better!

@wacky:  Is it the right size? I think it looks a bit big but I’m sure once it is fitted it will be fine.

The bottom isn’t my style but the dress looks gorgeous on you AND you picked it for a reason! Keep it : )

@wacky: I think it looks great! This dress is one of a handful that I’ve seen where the ruffles/pick-ups don’t look chaotic. Very subtle and classy. You made a great choice!

I like the other Bees would be interested in hearing what you don’t like about the gown? From my POV, it looks stunning.

@wacky:  I like it. Not too plain, not too over the top with details.

@aliciaspinnet:  I was going to say the same thing. I love the top of it, but the bottom looks like a totally different dress.

Maybe a little more crinoline or some lace/sparkle accents (like appliques) on it? I am not 100% sure, I like it a lot. Honestly, as is, I think it is beautiful but I do see where the dress and the skirt ruffles come together it seems there could be something missing…Maybe it is more embracing the style of the dress. Mine is a bit of a mermaid with a very non poofy bottom, and I have been debating adding a little under it to fluff it, but I appreciate that the weeping willow look sort of goes with the style of the dress. I think your having closer ruffles may as well. The picture below is of my sample, but it sort of explains the sparkle thoughts and the closer mermaid skirt.

Maybe make it in to more of a fishtail?

I think it’s gorgeous how it is though!

@wacky:  I think it looks beautiful on you. I wouldn’t change a thing, but you’ve got to wear it so if you’re not sure, perhaps some of the suggestions made above might be of help 🙂

I think the dress looks beautiful on you. Maybe adding some crinoline at the bottom or trying a different belt might make you fall in love all over again.
