GelaMac:  Yeah, it s*cks. But maybe we’ll get used to it? Can’t live without seeing pretty rings every day!

It is a lot to adjust to; however…this will become the norm and you’ll be completely comfortable with it in no time.  All of these complaints just make me think of the complaints every single time Facebook rolls out a new design.  Eventually we will all adjust 🙂

GelaMac:  I feel your pain. I’m “old” too! 🙂 I also am finding the new world of Weddingbee to be a bit challenging, but I’ve deliberately been forcing myself to navigate the site today to try to get used to it. I’m hoping that the Powers that Bee will listen to and implement users’ requests to return certain familiar functions.

I hope you won’t leave. We definitely would miss you — especially on the ring board!

SophieB3:  Thank you for being the voice of reason.  I agree entirely.

I think that we’ll get comfortable with the new boards, just like any upgrade, and they’ll fix the snags.  I think if people relax and have faith, it will all be just fine.

I think it’s a matter of getting used to the new look and the developers working out the kinks that obviously come with this kind of change. As much as we’re used to the old layout, I think everyone can agree that it looked incredibly dated and change was inevitable.

My pages used to be a nice lovely green that was so nice on the eyes…now with this new format all I get is stark white and can’t tell a Bee from a Bug..LOL

These old eyes are set in their ways and the buzzing in my head from trying to navigate the site..isn’t because I am an anxious waiting bee either.  LOL

*sigh*

GelaMac:  There’s no such thing as too old to learn something new. Like my Dad always said  “No one said you had to like it” though.

But why remove highlighting original posters, wedding dates and locations – utterly ridiculous! How can that be updating?? It is going backwards in my opinion.

GelaMac:  I feel the same way. I HATE this new format. Its not so much about hating change as it is that my eyes hurt after 10 minutes on the boards now! This is really going to limit my ‘Bee time.
