liz.kinneary:  Wowza!! Beautiful “upgraded downgrade” … (ha, ha ) I hate even joking that your new ring is a “downgrade” because the stone is so, so pretty. I think .75 is such a nice size, especially in a princess cut. And that stone size and cut looks amazing on your hand. It also looks beautiful with your wedding band. Congratulations on your new ring!!

liz.kinneary:  Oh, yes! I totally agree that princess cuts have that certain “look” to them. I also really like the setting you chose for your solitaire. I think the design of it sets off the stone beautifully. I’m not sure if I’m explaining it quite right, but I feel like the gap in the center of your solitaire band emphasizes the shape of your princess cut. (does this even make sense? >.O)

I don’t consider this a down grade just because it’s smaller. Your new diamond is amazing quality and looks way more beautiful.  Congrats and enjoy
