Don't worry Im sure the venue you are holding the wedding in had this happen in the past and can help accommodate and make everything great!
its in a national park.... lol they have a small museum set up but the conference room is seriously the size of my living room..... not gonna happen lol.
I dont think they offer that.
they told me from the beginning i only had 45 minutes to set up my chairs, hold the ceremony and clean it all up. they cant hold off tour groups any longer than that.
the reception area is different from the ceremony site. nothing about that was written in the contract... its inside, but i was hoping to have nice weather so ppl could mingle outdoors as well....
just pray for sunshine for me! :D lol
I had to go with plan B as well. The room, the dance floor was small and there was not enought space for everyone to sit or even stand. Some had to look in through the doors. But the ceremony was short, people loved it anywasys. They thought it intimate and they noticed our readings (non-religious) and our ceremonies. It worked out.
Moral? Don't stress. Itll work out.
Dont freak out just yet. You still have 9 days until your wedding and the weather is nothing if not unpredictable! It said it was supposed to be clear on my wedding day and it poured rain from 7:30 AM to 3 PM. Thankfully it stopped before my ceremony. Anyways, if it rains, it rains but the day will still be awesome.
Just think, this probably won't be you - http://www.weddingbee.com/2010/11/16/rain-hail-wedding-day/
A friend of mine is a meteoroligist and she says that you can't really predict the weather until 5 days before. Don't worry just yet.
