If it makes you feel any better I am the same way….I can’t put a look together to save my life.  I’m sure your veil/jewelery really aren’t bad!!! I bet if you post pics of your dress some bees will help accessorize you ๐Ÿ™‚  (I will refrain, I promise!)

I do too! I suck, generally, at being a girl! It is a huge massiveweirdness for me that I actually really want to look good and want to be a princess. It’s like I have some other weird bride personality. I care about what my nails look like! What’s all this about?! lol.

Seriously, I have made two veils, 4 (maybe more!) necklaces!, have a redundant underskirt, have another veil-lust developing… and I get these things home and try it on like ‘omg omg it’s going to look so good!’ and my mum looks at me as if I lost my mind. I have all the intent, but none of the skill lol.

You may feel like things arent goign well now, but think about how ACE you’ll look at your weding! And the bee helps so much! I wanted white dress, blue shoes and red underskirt until someoen on the bee said it may look a bit like the colours on the flag. And – yeah. It did. Not the look I wanted. How did I not think of that?!

Honeslty, the help on her is great! Your dress is superb so even just in that you’ll look fabbo! ๐Ÿ™‚ x

Hey darling bride…don’t beat yourself up! its so hard to make sure everything matches when you can’t bring the item with you to compare. I went to my dress fitting last week & I was sure my dress was gold…perception can definitely play tricks on you!

Your dress is beautiful…it looks like an ivory from the image with great beading…You can use the beading as your inspiration.

I personally love etsy for all kinds of unique wedding accessories. I would also recommend that you look make a want list for the veil ie. veil vs. facinator, do you want the veil to cover your face when you walk down the isle, long vs. short etc. After you have it all figured it out it will be much easier to buy a new veil

Good luck : )

Don’t beat yourself up!  I bought a necklace set from light in the box too, it looked super cute online but when it got here, it came broke and was pretty auwful.. Thankfully I got my money back. So far everything on Etsy is great!  I’d to that!

@sherryberry:  I am 19 days away and still dont have shoes, earrings, or a hair piece because I suck at accessorizing. I feel your pain.

Awww me too. I made a veil that doesn’t match, a fascinator that is just I don’t know, neither match the shoes I bought. WTF is wrong with me. Seek help from a fashionable friend or family member…? Good luck!
