Just try to eat more veggies and less processed sugar in the days leading up to your second test. Also don't forget to bring some food to eat right after the test! You'll be starving, LOL.
I had to take a 3 hour test. In the weekend preceding I ate plenty of complex carbs and cut out simple sugars. The fact was I was stressed and tired before my one hour, so I think I could have eaten snickers all weekend and still been ok ;)
Best of luck. Aside from being really sickly sweet the 3 hour test wasn't so bad. They let me sleep in a recliner most of the time!
Good luck with the 3 hour! I was fortunate to have passed my 1 hour which surprised me with all the sweets this baby has wanted.

All this talk about the glucose test is making me want an Orange Crush. I realize how sick this is!
Good luck on your three hour! My sister had to do the three hourr with both of her kids, and she passed both times!
I had to do the three hour once. I was a little freaked out, but it came back normal. I think i had some cruddy foods before my one hours.
Bring something to read!
Thanks! That makes me feel a lot better that most of you passed it. I do have to do a high carb diet for 3 days before so hopefully that will help!

So now I have to go back for the 3 hour test! I have heard the 1 hour can be a bit innacurate so I am hoping that's all it was. Wish me luck, bees!
