Thanks to the Duncan Hines “Soft chewy brownie” mix that keeps popping up in the ads to the right!
HOW DO THEY KNOW ME SO WELL, AND WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS TO ME??!
No but really, I need some new workout routines because yes, (thank you Duncan Hines) I have put on a few unwanted extra pounds. Ive been doing alot of interval training and Jillian Micheals lately and Im looking for some more workouts to keep it interesting. Would love suggestios on some killer arm exercises!

@misschickpea: I love love love my shake weight… if I start slacking and have ‘flaps’ I bust that puppy out and have tight toned arms again within a week or two!

@misschickpea: You should try Kundalini Yoga. I have only done it once, but it worked me good. It’d be a good switch up from what Jilian teaches.
But speaking of weight loss, I seriously have to start getting back on track myself. I’m usually running at 8lbs a month weight loss, and this month I only have lost about five, but I’ve been eating poorly and not exercising like I should since I got home from being with my boyfriend. Ugn . . . e-buddies so wanted for motivation! I want to loose 25lbs by July!! T_T

And to those who hate Jillian- is she mean? I’ve never watched her on the biggest loser, i just use her workout dvds cause they are the most difficult ones ive come by…

Check out Shape.com. There’s some great suggestions as well. I would also check out your health stations on your local cable channel. They always have different workouts that you can follow along to.

UGH. But her workouts are tough. I’ll give her that. She gets results.
