Good luck girl!! I've started doing about 50 sit ups every morning & night & working out at night when I can!! :) You should start running...thatll get you really far & toned up in a lot of places. You can do it!

I gained a little bit of weight over Christmas and started running every day. I dropped 5 pounds SUPER QUICK. It was like immediately, muscle tone started appearing out of nowhere! Now I'm super excited to wear my dress in 11 days!

I want to look really good in my wedding dress. Lately I've been doing about 25-50 sit ups so I can fit into my dress, I'm not over weight but I bought my dress one size too small and it needs to be let out. The sit ups were my FI idea. At least he helps me with my sit-ups. I'm definitely feeling the pain. Wish me luck.
