For those of you who voted- twice- on 4 different dresses… THANK YOU…
I know this is crazy, but the dress I chose……….. I havent even tried on, and for a girl who has tried on more than 200 dresses and couldnt commit to a dress..thats pretty INSANE
BUT, its almost identical to the dress that majority voted for the first time around, and the one I felt flattered me the most. I spent hours STARING and examining different photos of me in dresses and specifically the dress I liked and felt was most unique- la sposa linaje-but couldnt get myself to love…Im especially self conscious of my hips/butt, and I felt that it added more bulk, with all the layers on the side… its still a pretty dress, but I chose
La sposa Duarte from the 2011 collection (and went over my budget *sigh*)
I loved the detail and the lace on this one much better than the private label signature 1393, though I will be altering the neckline
Now Im off to do my insanity workout! (Im gonna have nightmares until june that the dress wont get past my hips LOL)
Crossing my fingers and hoping I will feel beautiful in it when it comes!

@meliss: LOL Meliss! You know everyone on weddingbee has dress envy over that romona keveza dress of yours! I would have bought it off of you if it was my size 🙂 You were a STUNNING bride!

@alaiyo: Aw, thank you! I always wanted a big full skirt like yours though, so I forced a gigantic crinoline underneath the a-line skirt and kinda deformed the way the dress was supposed to look. While the seamstress was telling me four days before my wedding that it won’t fit under the dress I was like “Please just pull a little harder while I suck my tummy in. Unggghhh… Hmmmmphh… It…must…fit…” Oh well. Your dress is perfect 🙂
