Yep! I didn't post anything at all yesterday because it was a great day.Not only did I have my first job interview in 3 months! BUT! Afterwards me and one of my MOH's went to 3 bridal shops in my area. And I found the dress!

But let me start from the beginning. So my interview was downtown and it ended up being really short so me and Miss Horse, as I've called her in my blog, met at a bridal salon just down the road.

I had 3 dresses that I had to try on before I could make a decision.Celestine by Wtoo, Isadora by Wtoo, and RD1044 By Maggie Sottero's Destination Collection.

The first place we went to carries Wtoo but didn't have Isadora. But I tried on Celestine and some others. Nothing was working.

We went to a second store that has bad reviews but I just wanted to try on the Maggie. They didn't have it and weren't getting it until December.

On a whim we drove about 30 minutes north to a small town bridal salon that for some reason I thought didn't carry Maggie. Well they do. And they had RD 1044.

I put it on and pow! It's the dress! :) I didn't even need to try on Isadora anymore!

So they were having a $100 off special that ended Tuesday and I probably wouldn't be able to make it Tuesday so me and my mom drove up there today and I put half down on it. I'm really excited and relieved to know I finally have the dress.

It's everything I wanted: flowers, flowy, organza/chiffon like fabric, corset back, and something timeless that my future child could wear if she wanted to.

Ok enough yammering! Picture time!

I'm too tall and have to get extra length and the strap wouldn't reach to snap. lol

Hehe I know!! lol! I love it!! I thought it was going to be too simple for my taste but it's perfect.

Yeah they gave me a white bra to try it on with and then I have nude shapewear on below so yeah I'll probably wear a slip. :)

Seriously, all your compliments just give me warm fuzzy feelings. :)

Let me ask all of you a question...

A couple weeks ago I found the most amazing veil thanks to a post on here. I love it soooo much!

The girls at the store yesterday, and my mother told me a veil wouldn't look good with the dress. I agree an average veil wouldn't look good, but I think this veil would look good...

What do you all think?

Aaww Rocksrgm, believe me I really shouldn't have got it due to the price but the dress is more important to me then other little details so I couldn't walk away :) :)

Yeah I think that veil would look good because the scalloped edge has a petal look to it, so I think it would go good with the flowers. Plus I would wear it low so it wouldn't really cover them either.

You know what...it's my wedding...and it's a 30 dollar veil...not like a 200 dollar one. If I get it and it doesn't look good, I'm sure I can find someone who'll like it. No biggie.

I can't say no to the veil that I had more emotion over then the actual dress. (I really just thought I would never find a veil I liked and then I find one and it's super cheap so yeah I was definitely through the roof about it.) :)
