I absolutely love your activity booth! My FI and I both have invited families with young guests to attend our wedding, and I was wondering what would be a good way to keep the kids occupied and happy during the wedding!
It also gave me a great idea for mini-favors for all the kids -- personalized wedding crayon boxes for the kids (Those little 4-packs, with FI and my names and wedding date on the boxes?)

Well well! how pleased am I to find you on the internet! My daughter is getting married on 20th April-- YES the day before you-- and my other daughter was saying this morning that she had been at a wedding last Saturday where they had wedding books for the children! I had never heard of it, cme on tonight to search and what do i find! How amazing is this world wide web!!

I finally finshed my kids activity book!! I borrowed heavily from other bees. Thank you to everyone. This is my first DIY project for my April 2012 Wedding.
I wanted to get a good mix of easy and hard activities, we have 2 to 13 years attending.
Our theme is nature, with images of birds and trees.
Thank you to the kids.
Maze and Connect the Dots.
People Bingo and Color Page. I think I will have a $5 Target card to the first kid to fill out the people bingo. Not sure of runner up prizes.
"I Love You" around the world. I couldn't find all the english proununciations, but decided to just leave this as is. I have so many other projects and I don't want to dwell on too many details. I don't think the kids will mind.
Mad Libs and I Spy (kids version). I am going to make a longer adult version for the tables.
Poem by children's author Sandol Stoddard Warburg. The poem is "I Like You". I toyed with having it as a reading for part of the ceremony, but ruled it out. I wanted to use it in someway. It is sweet and darling. I just used excerts I liked. Sorry the pic is fuzzy.
Find the difference and a crossword. I am thinking about making a bigger crossword for the adults. It is always boring between the ceremony and the reception. I thought it might be fun for the guests.
