The shoes are by Nina, style is Culver and these are the gold. They come in a lot of colors, check out the Nina website.

I have the same dress. I have it in the champagne with the light gold overlay. I have my first fitting in a month so I cannot wait for it to come in. Luckily if everything goes as planned I will not need any alternations. The store only had it in a size 12 so I can't wait to see my dress without the huge big clips on the back of the dress. :) I am not wearing the cap sleeves though they were really big I didn't want to have to get them altered. I'm so excited, I found it and had The One feeling. It's Maggie Sottero's Milana in light gold. I am going to take my parents back to see it next week and then order it. I actually found shoes this past weekend too. The best part is I need almost no alterations, just let the hips out a touch and fix the cap sleeves, wheee!
