I went for my first ever bridal appointment today, with no intension to buy, but as soon as I put this one on with the veil and accessories, I knew that was it!
It is the Watters Austin, but with a few minor changes: here is the stock pic
and here is me in it:
she tucked the crinoline between my legs to show what it would look like when we remove it (as I plan to do) and we switched out the flower sash for a beaded one
celebrating with the parents.
Oh, and there was this really cute bridesmaid dress I saw on a mannequin–but it didnt come in my colors, so I ended up buying it for myself to wear to the rehearsal dinner!
you cant really tell but it has a sweethert neckline with a sheer overlay thing on top
Such a productive trip! I’m not gonna regret that I only went to one place am I?
either way I’m thrilled

Congrats! I also have the Watters Austin, and we’re tweaking mine as well! I initially decided to get rid of the petticoat, but decided just to go with it…how often will I get to wear a big, puffy skirt in my life, haha?
Here’s my big dilemma though…veil or no veil? Have you thought about it? My alterations lady says no, but not convinced yet…

Congratulations! You look lovely in both dresses!

@BeetleGrl215: I was never planning on a veil, and even before I tried on dressesI was very adamant that no way was I going to wear a veil,
Once I picked out the dress, my dad asked me to try on a veil just to humor him, so the consultant put one on, and *thats* when everyone started crying. So I’m more open to veils now
I think (but I’m still not positive) that I will do a short veil just for thte ceremony and do a crystal comb (my original plan) for the reception
