There's is a new Alfred Angelo that is similar! However it isn't available in stores until Jan. 2010.
It's style number 2119
So this is my current dress - and I do really like it, but I saw the above dress and I just fell in love! The only thing I don't like about my current dress is that it doesn't have a sweetheart neckline (I don't think that one can be put in either, because of the boning...)
For some reason it's being weird about uploading.
This is my dress that HoneyBun was referring too - it has the same neckline but different waist and a tulle skirt instead of chiffon!
But it is a Sottero and Midgley so it is a reasonable price!

Do you have a picture of you in your dress?
Have you spoken with a seamstress yet, about changing yours to a sweetheart neckline? I would think they could just remove part of the boning, depending on where it is...
Yes I tried in on. And I don't mean to brag, but I totally looked as good, if not better, than the model.
Yeah, I have pictures of me in my dress but they're from Running of the Brides so they aren't very good and I'm nervous about having them float around on the internet as I promised the FI that I wouldn't post pictures of me in the dress anywhere...
I haven't talked to a seamstress yet - I might do that sooner rather than later to see about changing the neckline...
Well it sounds like thats the dress for you then. I asked because I was thinking that you may not like it on as much as you do in the picture but, thats obviously not a problem- I find that most people look much better in the dresses than the models, they should use regular girls to model the dresses. :P
Try Casablanca. They have a dress similar to the Alfred Angelo that is posted above. Casablance can change the skirt into an organza or whatever else you want and it should be cheaper than the Watters. Is there a WTOO dress that is similar?
Have you tried finding the Watters one online? Maybe someone has bought it and changed their mind, or maybe you could get one used? Sometimes you can get a dress on sale at a trunk show.
If you know you love the original it is worth looking for a deal on the original... You have lots of time.
@Kelsey - I'm totally willing to do that - but it's a Fall 2010 dress so it's not even available in stores or being made in my size yet.
I tried on my dress this morning and I just...didn't feel the same way about it as I did when I bought it...so I'm not totally sure what to do, but I'm pretty sure the answer is "wait six months" because it's possible that more designers will come out with similar styles or something...or I'll fall back in love with my dress.

1) I already have a dress.
2) This one costs 5x what my dress cost.
I was hoping somebody whose been perusing dress sites might be able to point me in the direction of a lower cost version of this Watters dress. Mostly I love love love the pleated sweetheart neckline with the chiffon A-line skirt. (Not that attached to the flowers.) Any suggestions???
