Yes, AND as I read this thread title, I started singing the song out loud. Haha!
OMG YES. We're at the point where we're trying to pick readings for the ceremony, and I sit at work and read different things (I know, bad girl) and cry the whole time. And the other day we were listening to several songs trying to narrow it down to which song we would dance to, and when THE song came on, we both just looked at each other and the tears welled up, and we were both goners. It's those little moments during the wedding planning process when you remember why you're doing this....that's when the emotions hit me. The rest of it isn't really a huge deal--the wedding is one day, but the marriage is the rest of your life!

ok, that is an understatement. As with most wedding planning, I'm sure, we have drama. But that isn't what makes me emotional. It's the thought of pledging to spend my life with the person that makes me the happiest. I find myself often in my car or waiting rooms or anyplace I need to kill time, and I start daydreaming about our wedding... particularly about walking down the aisle to him, and saying our vows. And then I daydream about our first dance. And everytime, I get a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes (I'm already a cry-er lol). I just can't wait to be his wife. Does anyone else find themself getting emotional over that, rather than wedding planning drama or details
