okay I am sooo excited! after about 10 weeks of not working at all and trying to plan a wedding four months away, I found work! Part time for now, but good pay for what it is, and only about 7 miles from where I live! I'm sooo happy I just had to tell you all!!

    :) :) :)

YES! I was so stressed!! and I'm paying for the whole wedding myself lol. (let's say it's defnitely not going to be very fancy!)

I'm a nanny again. haha. but this time the family is ten times better than who I worked for before, I love every second of it.

That's a great job! I take people care over retail any day. :) How old are the kids?

The great part is it's only one little girl, she is almost 3 and the most precious little thing ever! I am so in love with her and it was only my second day of work today! She told me loved me today, aww!

I was a full time nanny last year for four young kids and nearly hated it...it wasn't good, I worked too much, I was a live-in and the family took advantage of me...

this is seriously my "dream nanny job". The family is amazing...they adore their daughter!

Congrats!  What a relief it must be.  I felt the same way after it took me six months to finally find a job.

being a nanny without clear boundries often leads to the nanny being taken advantage of - glad to hear you have a better assignment this time around so enjoy and happy wedding planning

@eloping, I totally agree! I was a live-in nanny for the first time, and although I fell in love with the kids and learned a lot, it was so hard..oh and if I had never taken that job, I never would have met my fiance!

but for sure, I knew what I needed if I became a nanny again, and now I have the PERFECT family.

    thanks guys!!
