UGH – I have 4.5 weeks until my first wedding and I can’t seem to STOP shoving food in my mouth. I’m gaining weight and it makes me so sad. Thankfully I work out so at least I’m gaining a bit of muscle – but dang it I want the scale out of the 140’s and back into the 130’s.
I just wanted to vent. Tomorrow is a new day…I need to get back on track. NO MORE EXCUSES.

@coolbride125: Do you NEED to lose weight for the wedding? If you diet, you’ll only gain the weight back after. I realize that you want to look ideal for your wedding day, but I am not sure that driving yourself crazy over this is a good idea.
Just try to stick to eating healthy and work out a bit more, but don’t do any major deprivation. You’ll look great… even with an extra few pounds.

anyway, is it really worth it to diet now? isn’t your dress already altered to your body. just don’t binge! eat whatever, but when you’re full, STOP!
