I freaking love them! I have size 9 wide fit shoes too, and my SO is juuuuuust one inch taller than me, so I wouldn’t want to wear heels. I don’t normally wear heels anyway.

If it was my wedding I would love to be comfy! And all my shoes are like ballerina shoes. I know how hard it is to find big wide fit shoes.

BUT, in the end it is your day and you need to feel happy, so keep looking if needs be πŸ™‚

Don’t worry – nobody will see your shoes!!!  I spent so much time debating over shoes and not a single person noticed them.  There is only one photo that you can see them in and its the one where I am putting them on while getting ready πŸ™‚

First, hugs for you! I’ve worn a size 10-11 literally since I was in the 3rd grade, so I understand shoe problems. πŸ™

That said I think those slippers look really cute, no one will notice, and you will be SO comfortable!

I’m also a little bit taller than my fiance and I bought these shoes for the wedding… I guess they are halfway between a shoe and a slipper. They have a lot of give so they should stretch to fit your feet:

they also have them in sequins!:

I wear a size 9 and I’m rocking my home-made-from-my-favorite-walmart-ballet-flats to the wedding and I’m SO not ashamed:
