@okqueenbee & Miss Meepsie - i totally think so!! but i also think it's just good karma! and i guess the old saying is true: the best things come to those who wait :)
@MrsDG - yes I am going to enjoy and avoid the urge to plan as long as possible!! it's still all sinking in. the only thing we have is a rough season - next Fall I think (but maybe next spring if we can swing it).
I should say that apparently being in charge of the waiting list seems to predispose people to getting engaged!

Still feeling insanely surreal! I just wanna scream cause I'm soo happy! I was just doing some preliminary research on photographers and I'm all teary because one day that will be me and my FI!!

I wrote more details over on the Waiting board, but long story short, last night while lounging around at home, BF went from sitting on the couch next to me giving me a hug, to getting down on one knee and asking him to marry me!! After about 5 minutes of asking if he was joking and if it was really happening, I said yes!!
My hands are still a little shaky and I'm still kinda walking around in disbelief, but I couldn't be happier! EEEEE!!!
