I have every right to express my findings. Its time someone wrote truthfully about the stones and in detail. I want any other hardworking bee to be spending more money on her wedding than shipping costs back and forth on a piece of jewelry that is below standard. I also ran across some blogs of how many people cant stand Asha and Moissanite. com and better than diamonds…Girls..do your research!!! These companies cost me a darn fortune. Actually I didnt try moissanite.com or whatever it is or betterthan diamond..just saw the many dissatisfied customer blogs on another site. After SO MUCH research I am now finding that for about $1200 more than what I was paying for a forever Brilliant stone I could find an EGL certified (one step below GIA) stone of 8×6.7 oval , g in color and Si1 of 1.7 cts, excellent polish, ideal cut, etc!! You just really have to shop! Stay away from the Jared’s and the Zales and the stores that hand you champagne when you walk in…just shop shop shop and barter!! A similar stone of exact quality…and not even as pretty, was in a neighboring store for $6000. In this store its similar stone is $2200. The store after that was $4900… it goes on and on. You can get the real thing with the correct sparkle and shine!! Just hunt for it!! I was so hopeful I could save a bit on moissy or Asha , but it was not good. Not good at all..(I can almost hear the representative responses coming in now)…lol. Also, going to consignment or estate stores has great values on the real thing as well. I would just get a jeweler to look at the ring before full purchase. I hope my true statements can help some girls out to save their time and money. Im not here to bash anyones ring by no means. I am here to state my findings. Its what I do best. (Hospital Region Wide Legal nurse) : )

@kenna9444: I don’t think many people are against you have your opinion, it is valid, as is any opinion. The problem, from most of our perspectives, is that you seems to feel the need to post 15 threads on how terrible everything but diamond is. Some of us have moissanite & asha, & we love them. What you are doing is disrespecting your decisions by shoving it down all of our throats how terrible these stones are. If you want a diamond, please buy one. Please don’t deter people from making their own purchasing decisions. I have an Old European Cut Amora Enhanced Moissanite & I adore it.
The link below is a photo & video gallery comparing my perviously unset J color OEC Amora Moissy (certed by EGL), an OMC Asha, & H color OEC diamond. Most will find that none of these stones appear to be garbage.

You have every right to describe your findings, BUT it is against the TOS to disparage others’ wedding choices, such as stone choice for their engagement ring, And it is just ridiculous to create 15 topics on the same thing. All that added to the fact that you only post on your own created threads and not on any other threads, giving advice or opinions or anything, can lead the bees to suspect that you aren’t here for any other purpose than to upset bees who have chosen those stones. That you are simply here to create drama.

The implication being that people who purchase from those companies you cited have not invested large amounts of their time and energy researching the right choice for them with regards to their engagement ring?
It may not be bashing, but it sure reeks of condecension.
OP, …paragraphs. That is all.

Start a blog; post reviews of the company on their website, but please for the love of all that is holy, stop spamming the boards! The issue is not that you’re expressing your opinion, it’s that you post over five threads on the same thing and clog up the boards with your posts.

I think you’ve confused “the right to have an opinion” with “the right to have no one disagree with me.” You don’t have that second one.

@kenna9444: Hi 🙂 Some of us with sims got them because we specifically did not want a diamond, but wanted a white/clear stone that would be versatile and go with everything. I believe that anyone that buys a moissy or an asha while wanting a diamond will be disappointed because (1) moissy doesn’t look like diamond and (2) asha isn’t forever. For those that did want a diamond but couldn’t afford it, Asha is probably the better bet as it looks more diamond like and then they can save for their dream diamond for an upgrade later. A lot of moissy women do do their research- i.e. ordering a loose stone before setting it to make sure they like it, because moissy isn’t diamond-like in behavior at all. Sorry you had such a bad experience, but not all of us do – and not all of us sim girls bought because of price. I too could have gotten a diamond, but I chose moissanite instead for the sparkle!

@kenna9444: Yes you have a right to state your opinions as we all do but we got your point in all the other threads! Good luck on your quest for the perfect ring for you! Many bees on here love their choices and you shouldn’t bash it to death over and over just b/c YOU don’t like it!
