Any meal plan advice for us other bees trying to loose weight?
Congrats...That is fantastic. I bet you feel so much better about yourself and i am sure you are super excited knowing you will look even more fit in your dress.
CONGRATS!!! If only I can get my butt moving again. I was working out 4 days a week and then got a nasty 2 week cold so now I am trying to get myself motivated again!

Awesome! I've been working out and dieting for about a month and a half now...I'm only down 6 pounds so I'm hoping I can lose at least 10 more in the next 2 months.
Would you mind sharing your diet details?
Not at all Here is a day of my meal plan that I would use.
Breakfast- Oatmeal w/ a small glass of OJ.
Mid-Morning Snack- Approx 10 grapes
Lunch-Cottage Cheese with cut up apples on the side. (you can put blueberry's, peaches, etc. in the cottage cheese depending on you.)
Mid-Day Snack-Yogurt (light)
Dinner- Tuna Steaks, Green Beans, & side salad ( try to use little dressing if any)
Snack- Bowl of Cereal with skim milk
Drink all the water you can! I did have a Diet Coke once a day!
I have went to nutritionist before and have spent lots of money. The saying that you can't drink soda on a diet is not true. Yes, it's not good for you! Go to diet if you can and only have one a day! Also treat yourself! If you crave sweets then have a rice crispy treat or sherbet ice cream. Don't do it all the time! But, you would rather eat a small portion of sweets every so often then go crazy cause you have been starving your sweet cravings! Also a lot of people skip breakfast and you always hear every doctor say it's the most important meal of the day. They are right ladies! The sooner you eat Breakfast the sooner your metabolism starts! If you don't have time grab some fruit or pre-make some fruit bars. Watch carbs and make sure and read your labels on your products!

I can gladly to say I have LOST 25lbs for my wedding! I started working out and made a meal plan about 3 months ago and it has don wonders!
I did Tae Bo once a week and went to the gym 3-4 times a week.
