Ok, so according to the ‘rules’ of skin tone, I am kind of both. I look good with gold and silver jewellery, my veins are blue (cool) but my hair is golden red and my eyes are green (warm). Some colours do look better on me than others but I can’t see a pattern with them colour-wise. I was once matched as NC15 (warm) but also wear Armani correcter in pink (cool).
Since I’m DIY-ing my make up I’d like to figure out my skin tone once and for all. Here are some photos of me in different lighting. Help? Any suggestions/critique as to what colours I should try out for the day or on the colours of make up I’m wearing would be appreciated too ^^

Your hair and your eyes are warm, but your skin is neutral/cool. I’d try a cool and a neutral shade – you might have to mix the two to get just the right colour.

I think the best way to judge is to go to Sephora (or similar) and swab a bunch of colors on your jawbone along your neck. I was clueless until I did this, and the sales lady helped me find a perfect match. I have no idea if it’s considered warm or cool though.
For eyeshadow, I think you’d look great with browns/golds. I also have green eyes and that’s what I usually wear, and will be doing for the wedding also.
And I’d also like to add that you’re a very pretty girl! You’ll make a lovely bride.

You definitely look like you have pink undertones, not yellow. So i would say cool toned. You may work well with neutral as well but not warm.

You’re definitely cool-toned! The eye colour indicator is kind of misleading because a lot of green-eyed people are actually cool-toned. 🙂
But because of your hair colour, you can actually pull off shades from all over the spectrum. Are you looking for a dramatic look or natural? For a “classic” bridal look, I think you’d look great in warm-toned (i.e. more red undertones, less grey) brown or cool-toned (i.e. more grey) taupe on the eyes. For your cheeks and lips you could rock neutral to slightly cool (i.e. with a tiny hint of blue undertones) pink, but in my opinion, you’d look amazing in peachy-coral tones as well.
See if you can find a consultant at Sephora or MAC or something with similar colouring as you and makeup that you like and ask for their advice! 🙂

Guess I’m most likely cool toned then 🙂 Thanks bees, will base my trials/make up appropriately.
