if you pay to have the park set up everything you may be able to pay to have them remove everything. also, outside vendors sometime include the set up and delivery in their rental fee, but oftentimes it's a separate charge. do you have a friend that could help set up everything or over see? perhaps you may want to consider using a doc to assist with set up decor placement etc (if it's in your budget).
Were having a small destination wedding so the friends that I have that will be there are in the wedding. I'm wanting to hire someone to do the setup and I'm thinking of hiring a DOC. But do DOCs setup/cleanup and possibly set food out for you? I'm not sure who you hire to do that job?
A DOC may or may not do those things themself but they will be able to hire people to do it for you. That's the only idea that I have, I'm sure they have a list of people that do that sort of thing.
My florist also does lighting, draping, all kinds of decor rentals and they automatically include the cost of delivery and breakdown in their prices. Which is genius, because why in the world would any bride want to clean up on her wedding night?
Thanks for the advice Ladies! I'm going to get a DOC. I think that might be the best idea. :)

Ok heres my problem or situation. I am getting married in a park and we will also be having our reception in a pavillion provided there that has a kitchen. The pavillion provides chairs and tables. Thats where it ends they do not have a setup cleanup fee that I could pay to have them setup the chairs,tables linens, and decorations. We are also doing our own food because the reception is at a non meal time we are just pre making hor durves and having drinks and cake also. So where do I hire people to setup and the reception site, and to set out the food. I don't think its possible for my family to do it because there are not many of us and I don't want my family working at my wedding. Also when you rent chairs or tables from rental companies do they deliver,setup, and pickup. The park has a rule that everything must be out by sunset so I would need someone to do these things right after our reception. Sorry for all the questions I just don't know these things.
