Good morning Bees!
I have been wanting to start working out and I was doing good for about 2 months… I was going to the gym at least 4 times a week doing 30 minutes on the elliptical or bike and then 15 minutes of weights. I was feeling great! Then a family member got married out of state and I was away from the gym for a week. Since coming back (a month and a half ago!) I have not worked out.
I just can’t find the motivation to go back to the gym. It’s exhausting (obviously) and time consuming for me. I bought Jillian Michael’s ripped in 30 and I get half way through the week one exercise and stop because I don’t want to feel like I’m dying every time I work out. I just want to do my workout, sweat, get out of breath a bit, and go about my day. I don’t necessarily have a time line in mind or anything, I just want exercise to be a habit.
I am cutting back on eating out all the time and trying to cook at home more, which I know will be helpful in conjunction with working out. I’m not fat or anything, 5’5″ 135lbs, but I would definitely like to tighten up my belly because I have a roll for the first time in my life ahh!
Anyway, any advice Bees? I just can’t seem to get myself into the gym. I would LOVE to join a class but my work schedule makes it impossible (I work three 12 hour shifts a week and it is not a set schedule).
