Since I’ve tracked my walks/runs on there, I’m much more aware of my pacing and have been able to push myself more. I also just signed up for their free 10k training program.
I also use my fitness pal and runkeeper automatically adds the calorie burn to MFP.
Oh and it’s free.
I promise I don’t work for them, just a very happy fan 🙂

@Skittles131: lol im obsessed!!! Most of my friends have mapmyrun or nike! But im too invested in runkeeper and loveee it! Ii ever track my bootcamp runs lol people think im cray when i pick uo my phone for a run around the track
