I illustrated our invitations, Brock (my fiancé) came up with the idea. I colored it on Photoshop, and layed out the text, and created the design. I would love to see it printed on some higher quality paper, I just printed some on cardstock for now.
Does anyone know where you can print on demand and have access to heavier, higer quality paper, but not end up wasting all of your money? Thanks!

@SonjaFunnell: I’m using smartpress.com. I find them reasonable and they do a nice job.

@SonjaFunnell: Those are lovely! I would try Catprint.com
They will send you a free sample book so you can see and feel the different papers prior to ordering. Their prices are great and they will also print to custom sizes. I just placed my order with them tonight.

@sillysillybee: I second catprint.

Jukebox print also has a really large selection of paper types if you’re stuck on that front. Otherwise the other suggestions that people made would probably be good too!

Thanks everyone, all of these were cheaper than the sites I was checking out initially. I’m excited to get the paper samples in the mail!

I printed my programs at Office Max. They were pretty helpful and printed lots of samples to make sure I was happy.

I am using Cards and Pockets. EXCELLENT customer service, and inexpensive (granted, I didn’t check anywhere else, but it cost less than I thought it would).
We’re getting our invitation, RSVP card (full bleed), double-sided map/direction card, and reception card (full bleed, full ink coverage) printed and cropped for just under $200. The cardstock is really nice, too. I’ve only recieved our sample (for $8 they printed one so I could see how it would look IRL) but I was very impressed by the quality.

@SonjaFunnell: Those are gorgeous!
I third Catprint. It was great getting the samples and being able to know exactly what the paper quality was. I found catprint easy to work with and good customer service. You can also order free hard copy proofs if you have some extra time and you’d like to see what they’d actually look like!

@SonjaFunnell: You did an amazing job! I love the way you used different portions of the illustration on the various pieces. Are you using the full image anywhere?

@MexiPino: Thank you 🙂 The closest I got to that was the front of the invitation, I tried centering it, and didn’t like the look. I would like to find some other stationary to print it on to make use of it!

I also say CatPrint! Absolutely loved them. The paper sample and hard copy proofs were fabulous. Also the wonderful ability to print custom sizes and quantities.
