I started that and lasted 3 days...then I coudl barely move and have been too afraid to try again! I sooo have to start it in January...my lazy period is going to come to an abrupt end hehe I hope you recover soon :)
Hang in there...It'll get better. I wouldn't push it too much and try to necessarily do it every day though...I've been doing it 2-4 times a week and am seeing results!
