    and oh my god it was so effing delicious! There is a local family-owned middle eastern restaurant that is so so good--they use freshly cut vegetables in all of their salads, olive oil for all of there food, etc. 

    Oh my god I love their lentil soup and holy smokes, tonight....this lamb was the best decision I've made all day.

    mmm like a moroccan lamb sounds delish! Lamb is one of my favorites especially any rack of lamb cuts cooked medium rare.

    There is an Ethiopian place here that does the best special lamb tibs....delicious! It's nice and spicy...yummy. May have to go there for lunch one day this week.

    Try lamb on the grill - it picks up the smokey flavor really well. Just make sure to grill it slowly.

    @bluespurrs:it tasted kind of smokey so I'm wondering if that's how he cooked it. It was a lamb shish kabob sandwich.....soooooo goood. And it had fresh tomatoes, basil, and such in it. mmm
