We are watching the Tudors.  We watched season one in 2 days... Only 10 episodes though.  Hulu is getting a lot more shows - they have over 100 episodes of Lucy!!! It's my favorite show!!!

24 was our TV crack back in the day. I have all the seasons on DVD. Love, love, love Jack, the villains and supporting cast on that show. You''re in for a hell of a ride. The best thing watching it now is that you can power thru the episodes without waiting till next week or season for your fix. OMG you're making me want to watch it now to.

I just checked the episode guide for the 7am show....you have no idea how much better this gonna get. You haven't seen anything yet.. I'm so excited for you!

    I never saw it, maybe I should check it out.  Right now hubby and I are watching Falling Skies.  We just finished season one last night.  We're like two episodes into season 2.  Woo!  I'm kind of addicted >.<;

To this day me and FH make references to the characters and the amazing dialogue. Can't wait till you get to season 5 when Peter Weller comes on. one of the most intense scenes ever with him and Jack will have your mouth drop to floor likeSurprised.....No he didn't.

We bought the DVD set and were watching it when there was a plot twist that pissed DH off and he refused to watch any more.  Then one of the DVDs got lost, so I couldn't watch the rest.

FI was obsessed with 24 before we even met (weird for a teenager, I think lol) so when we got together 7 years ago I started watching it. It was a great series!

I used to watch it online but stopped at Season one, couldn't afford to make the time investment in the rest of seasons. But it is sooo good though.

@bluebelle23:  I heard this too! I loved him as a movie actor...I think it was Mirrors that I saw him in?

@strawbabies:  GAH! I soo wanna know what the plot twist was...but then again, I don't. Will you tell me what season it was?

@bklynbridetobe:  Squeeeeeeeeee! I am so excited! =) =) It's SO intense. I cannot believe the twists and turns. It's seriously like all I've done for the last 24 hours. I seriously could not handle watching this show while it was on TV. I get stressed out for the few seconds for when the commerical breaks WOULD have been. LOL. I can see how much they are laying out...and I love it!!! The subtle references to things in the past tying all together...seemingly unrelated characters....

@SuperDuperBrit:  I've never heard of that! Is it on Netflix?

@yanamari:  I watched all of Lost recently. I loved loved LOVED it!!!!!!!!! omg omg omg!

@ChuckNorris:  It was the 1st season.  The plot twist annoyed DH because he thinks it's extremely overused in Hollywood.

@yanamari:  surprisingly, I LOVED it. The whole series is so...philosophical. The ended fit in with that perfectly. Loved it! What did you think? Most people I know hated it.

@strawbabies:  I'm almost done with season 1 lol so I will ask you what it was in a few days.

@ChuckNorris:  I wasn't thrilled with it, but I didn't hate it... I was just kinda... let down. I expected something more shocking/surprising I think, or twisted. The best description I can think of is it felt like it was a fizzled out ending. I think I would have been better with it except everyone else seemed to really hate it and be really surprised, and some friends of fiance's told us "You wouldn't believe the ending if we told you," and we heard people were shocked and stuff... so... we thought up all kinds of kinda... crazy endings. Like they WERE dead the whole time on the island (so this wasn't a surprise at all, since it was similar... we came up with that like halfway through), or that it was all in Hurly's schizophrenic mind or whatever...

what I didn't like was all the unanswered questions! Sooo many things never got answered or just... didn't make any sense at all or were never even... wrapped up. Like they started so many ideas, but never finished them =\  My fiance was mega disappointed and thought the ending was too warm-fuzzy and lame. lol He thought it would have made more sense and been better if it had all been in Hurley's schizo mind... at least the random unanswered questions would make sense then... because none of it was real. haha.

So how come you don't dislike all the unanswered questions?? I'm asking because want to feel better about them...  lol

@ChuckNorris:  Falling Skies is on TNT!  We stumbled upon it while looking through hubby's amazon prime account.  You can watch it for free on amazon instant video if you have a prime account OR you can buy it on amazon instant video with a regular account.  They have the first two seasons available.  Looks like another season is supposed to be happening too.  We are almost done with season two.

There's so many good shows out there and it's impossible to watch them all when they actually come on, lol.  Thank goodness for amazon, hulu, and netflix hahaha

It goes down as one of the craziest season finales I've ever seen.  And I watched A LOT of television.

@jpalm13:  the whole season that was spent on the nuclear threat was a waste and so over the top. but to your point we still watched. And did every find his daughter Kim as annoying as I did? I wanted to slap her many a times. LOL

I watched the first two or three seasons of 24 and loved it. But then when the next season started, they aired 2-hour episodes 2 days in a row, and I didn't have time to spend that much time in front of the TV, so I lost out. And it was too hard to try to catch up on the recordings, so I just stopped watching. :(

@yanamari:  Sorry, I'm just now seeing this! So, really, there were a lot of unanswered questions but they actually subtly addressed a lot of it...have you ever been to lostpedia.com? There are sooo many little things that you miss and it explains SO much to you. Plus, I started watching it when I was 17 when I was home for a few weeks from a surgery and got to season 4. THEN, five years later, I returned and rewatched EVERYTHING. And it's unreal the amount of stuff I missed the first time around. So I think that helped me deal with the "WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!" that I kept asking myself through the whole series. LOL.

I was gonna be so mad if it was all in Hurley's mind...the thought crossed my mind, too! Then I saw Inception and started thinking that it was all a dream...lol!!

@ChuckNorris:  UGH. can you believe that MY MOTHER picked this movie out when I was like, oh I dunno......14 and made me and my sister who was like 11, watch it? She was like "it sounds suspensful! What a great family movie!" and then the part comes on when their in the cemetary......yeah. good choice mom.

I don't think my dad let her choose movies for family movie night after that.

Wait. I"m thinking of a completely different thing. LOL. 11:17 ? i think....haha look it up

I'm thinking 24 might be my next show because I have amazon prime, but I'm worried that the anxiety of watching the show will give me nightmares! I'll give it a shot though because I have heard wonderful things about it and there just isn't enough out right now that interests me. I was folding laundry last night and tried to watch the bachelor, but I didn't even get through the intro.
