You were in love with that dress when you got it! At some point, you need to stop looking at other dresses and pick ONE. I don’t think looking at new Allure dresses will help.

On the one hand, I completely  agree with @Mrs. Fireworks:

On the other  hand, although you have changed your mind about your dress many, many, many times, you also have been extremely  successful in selling the other dresses and have said you really haven’t lost much money on all of these transactions.

Try steaming it to get it to lay nicely, and then if it’s not poufy enough look into getting an underskirt (hoop skirt or tulle, etc) to try to add some pouf. 
Maybe you can choose some shorter heels? Or maybe it’s not as bad as you think? Remember you have to be able to walk without tripping…

I love your dress! I agree with PP – stop looking at other dresses, and get a hoop to pouf that skirt out!
