Are you thinking heels? You'd probably have an easier time finding sneakers (Keds, maybe?) in polkadots.
What about custom colored Chucks? Or Toms?
ETA: Or you could have cloth flats custom made on Etsy, from a seller like this one.
I've been looking at polka dot shoes and I don't think I have ever seen orange and blue. I agree with daydreamwanderer.
I have seen on etsy I believe where they can custom paint your heels, so yeppers it could work...

Maybe you could find ribbon, or a decorative piece of jewelry to attach to the front on a solid pair of shoes. Just an idea.
or find an artsy friend and drop hints that some hand-painted shoes would be more meaningful than a blender!

our colors are orange and blue, and i was wondering if anyone has seens any polka dot shoes in these colors? i know it's a stretch (by any imagination), but wanted to see if even this could be an option.
