Yes, he tried to help with vacuuming yesterday and it was a disaster! He hasn’t vacummed since we moved into that house over a year ago and he thought the vacuum wasn’t working well enough. So he decided to open it up, on the hardwood, and got dust everywhere! It took forever to clean up his mess from trying to clean.

Lol how did the cinnamon taste??

…why? Why would that even be an option?

Beef and cinnamon actually go fantastic together. I would have told him specifically I was going for an italian vibe if I had my husband cook for me. He can’t cook pancakes so he isn’t allowed in the kitchen anyway.

My husband just has an annoying little habit of moving things or getting rid of things I have set somewhere for a reason. I was soaking some Glade Plugin Oil out of the granite countertop in the bathroom with a small pile of baking soda & hydrogen peroxide. He scraped it into the sink.

Irritates me, but I just wait til he goes to work and fix everything he’s touched.

@tmsing:  Hm. We always rinse our steaks (to get the dye out) and chicken with Coke (or beer) is always great.

@tmsing:  OH lol. We do “beer can chicken” all the time, which is taking a whole chicken, placing a can of whatever (beer, soda) inside, and tossing it in the grill for a couple of hours. Really good!

@vorpalette:  I recently read that you’re not supposed to wash meat.  It just spreads the bacterias around.
