Yep, you read it right. I think my username is sort of cheesy :/ I suppose I could "start over" with a new user name, but then my bee status would be totally obsolete and I'd have to "introduce" myself all over again :P
Oh well. I'll just keep it I suppose.

Lol! Is it weird that I love mine? I was super OCD about picking mine, so I made sure I'd like it. That happens if you stalk the boards/weddingbee for awhile. :p

@ penguim - oh geez.. lol.. you ask the HARD question. Honestly, I don't really know.. probably something equally cheesy though, but that fits me better.
The reason I don't like my username is because I don't want people to think that I think I'm some kind of queen or something :P
I don't know.. I would pick a name that is CUTER. Um...let me think about it I'll get back to you ;)
I wish I could change mine now... I was just overly excited about my shoes when I signed up. I think I would have picked something a little more me! Oh and I really didn't need the "2" after my name which annoys me. lol. It's not like there's a blueshoes1 floating around here (that I know of)!
Same here! If I could start all over I'd use my blog name or something close to it. Ohhh well, lesson learned.
I'm convinced that most of the other posters don't know how to pronounce or spell my username, haha! I'd definitely go for something easier next time. LilDetails2010 or something. :P
I definitely wish I had browsed the boards for awhile before choosing mine... because I would like something I could put after Mr. when talking about my fiance. Mr. AshleyJane just doesn't work!
Can we change our user names? I haven't really looked into it, but my name is way too long and I don't like it. I just ended up with it because I kept typing in stuff that was already taken. Finally I just typed in that and it was free and now I'm stuck with it.
Me Toooo!!! I wasn't very forward thinking when I chose my name "MrsK2B." It was cute at first but I've been MrsK now for 13 months!!!! Oh wedding bee gods....why can't I change my name??!?!?!?

@fifty-I love mine too! It took me forever to choose one because I initially wanted Miss Merlot but someone had already claimed it! So I went with Miss Bravo since my (now hubs) is in the Army and I wanted to go with Bravo for the phonetic alphabet's version of my first initial. :) That's also why I call my hubs Specialist Sierra and now I'm Bravo Sierra :) I feel very CLUE right now! Miss Bravo, in the Conservatory, with the Wedding Bee site!
Me too!! I signed up the first time I came to the site because I found a bee asking a question I thought I could answer. I really wish I would have lurked a bit more to understand how the site worked.
Mine is just my initials (I do like that they form an onomatopoeia...), but like ashleyjane I would rather have a name I could attach 'mr' to.
:) I kinda like my name. It's a play on words with my first name (Just a Girl = Jess ta girl). Heh :)
I'm with everyone who says they wished they'd stalked a bit more before creating their name. I like mine ok, and it actually stands for something but I really wish I'd used my blog name as well. I think CraftySmurfette sounds cuter than ggsb :)
eh... i'm okayish with mine. i suck at coming up with names so i was proud of myself for coming up with anything other than my name or my aol sn.
Ditto. I didn't really think much of it when I was signing up. All the numbers after my name annoy me! (It's my wedding date)

I'd change mine in a heartbeat! I chose mine because, initially, I was set on pulling off a fabulously stylish wedding on a tight budget. Fast forward 8 months later & my budget has exploded.

I'm actually glad I picked mine! For other message boards, I've signed up as sweetcatastrophe, and I like this one much better! Too bad it's usually taken on other sites ;o)
I also go alot as thescreamqueen or screamqueen but I felt that wasn't appropriate for WB ;o)
Yeah, wish I could change mine. I didn't really look at many boards to see the types of names others had, I just joined.
This is a user name I created when I was in Jr. High & have no idea why I used it here, my name isn't even Annie! When I made it up back in the day, I used Annie b/c I love Little Orphan Annie :)
I don't like mine either. It's my first initial and last name... I mean really, I couldn't come up with anything else?! Like a random word or color? Something! And worse yet, now that I'm married, it's not even my legal name anymore. So it's basically an illegal boring fake name.
I went to sign up for a Twitter account this morning and I couldn't even think of a good username! Ugh.
I might be alone in this, but I kind of wish BoardBees couldn't be Miss so-and-so. It gets confusing who is a BlogBee and who is a BoardBee. Just my opinion. :)

Having been frustrated several times with all of the "cool" names always being taken, I've become a seasoned name-comer-upper for boards. This is my favorite, I think.
@JeniRae: weddingbee tries not to limit too much which names people select to use on the site. But to help with the distinction, all the bees have the word BEE right under their avatar on the boards(instead of member, or hostess, etc), and their icons are outlined in a green dotted border on the blog.
We do discourage people from using actual current or former bee names. (like Miss peeptoe, Ms. hydrangea, etc)
I really like my name on here...it's the first time I've really created a name for a community since I was in high school. it's a fitting and cute pun which I also use on my wedding blog.
I lurve mine. I use it for everything though!
I like mine- but like several of the people who like theirs, it's one I've used in other places too.
I love mine. It's totally random and nobody would get it if they haven't seen a particular SNL skit. My avatar is also awesome. Basically, I'm awesome.
Aww, me too. I actually joined on the spur of the moment to ask an etiquette question. I just made up a name based on what was on my desk (a tea cup). I never intended to comment with this username - I meant to make up a better one when the time came - but I forgot, and posted with this account. And now I'm stuck with it. Le sigh.
I hate mine & wish I used something that my friends and family wouldn't recognize so easily. Oh, well...too late now, I have too many post counts and wouldn't want to give them up just to change my name!
Yeah, I don't know how I feel about mine. I kinda joined here on a whim after I found a link on mywedding.com. lol. Hopefully I still work at Starbucks while I linger. lol.
Minutiae I love your username! I am a word nerd though so that's probably why I like it so much.
I really love my name. Its the name of my blog, and an email account I have associated with it.
i quite like mine, but sometimes i think people may read it as 'simple and chick'
